Can we rely on commodities indexes, which shows the price index etc. When 80 crores population is being feeding free food by the government, how we can calculate their purchasing power,when medium and poor population spend maximum part of their income on food.
Poor people don't have monthly per capital expenditures. Those are unemployed, cannot afford expenditures. Without money, where is the purchasing power.
