Mr TK Arun,

So, then, bearing the considerations in mind to avert the dangers of ecological implications and consequences that matters most, of a few degrees of global warming, and in the light of particular urgency identified as human-induced climate change, the Government of India and the rest of us should take a good, hard look at how quickly we can implement and execute these innovative, practically executable ideas, learnings, experiences as correlated predicates carefully and directly enunciated from the introductory paragraph leading to an effective and progressive conclusion.

When the rise in global warming has been confirmed in principle by the world including India, the Indian government is duty bound, not surprisingly, to have the greatest degree of ecological sensitivity in accordance with varying needs, characteristics of highly populated India and resources utilisation to put the cabinet, executives and public-at-large, at work.

Furthermore, the construction of a comprehensive, transparent and coherent framework open and flexible to changes in the present and future times, so that it can be applied, with such adaptations, as prove necessary, to particular situations in India like drought, floods etc. is the need of the hour.

But at the very least, this action-oriented approach strategically using our own specific competencies and shared knowledge of the world, despite difficulties, seems most appropriate for carrying out the tasks to be accomplished with actions of all kinds to achieve net-zero-greenhouse emissions by 2060.

The commentary is immediately clear to accelerate progress with the help of illustrated examples conditioned by the nature, structure of one's own experiences, and further-more serves to modify and restructure the latter, however need arise to deal with the unknown variations in climate change.

Thank you for writing this clear, well-structured, detailed, hopeful and ambitious opinion for immediate improvement of the environment having most immediate relevance and matters in areas of immediate need.

Best regards,

Vandana
