Much needed clarification-cum-advisory opinion!! The manner in which you have explained with examples to distinguish between pyramid scheme from that of a genuine multilevel direct selling scheme is laudable.
This is a perfect industry watch-dog opinion for ED and companies conning customers. In this case, the Govt of India and ED shouldn't harass the genuine professionals/companies but arrest those involved in fraudulent practices. Most unlikely and unexpected from ED, CBI and other institutions. Thank you.
