Dear Democratic People's Editor,

My understanding of your opinion.

From methodical strategy of robustness' applied in making of the constitution, paying homage to Dr BR Ambedkar, the Chairman of the drafting committee of the Constitution that seek democratic credentials into the sphere of democratic participation of people elaborated with definite practical relevance is outstanding all throughout.

The quoted examples have a greater value in the lives of displaced & other important stakeholders' and it will remain in the hearts & minds of the citizens not allowing constitution to become unconstitutional. As practiced by the powers that be!!

The entire explanation is most notable for the most outstanding to the least outstanding. You clearly state that we aspire to transparency of decision-making & approvals by various combinations' of representative legislatures, courts, executive and the referendums etc.

You reach thus the conclusion brilliantly. It is not only ever more urgently needed but this challenge is a compulsion & an agreed purpose of democracy, "elections must be supplemented with respect for certain inalienable rights and other fundamental rights....." is critical to the strength, acceptability and legitimacy of the constitution with a commitment to abide by them, and no section of the constitution should be handpicked by Modi & the Govt. of India to make arbitrary arrests, more so unconstitutionally and seek to throw the entire process of holding elections in a democracy onto the scrap heap.

Stop your 21st century antidemocratic polities, mentalities, rules, and entrenched practices - Message for PM of India.

Huge thanks with gratitude for this outstanding, democratically principled powerful opinion.
